Visualize Your Voicemail – Check your wireless voicemail by going to your email in-box to easily see, sort and prioritize messages – viewing caller names and message lengths in the subject line. Click “open” to hear messages-listening in any order you want – then, store, delete or reply – your choice.



Respond Your Way – Hawaiian Telcom Call Choice offers 2 response options:

• Text reply: The fastest way to get through your voicemail ‘inbox’. For any message from a wireless phone, just type a response and click “Send”. Even if you’ve never sent a text before, you’ll find it’s as easy as email!
• Call back with a click: We’ll connect you to your caller instantly

• Call Preview – Screen calls by hearing your caller as they are leaving you a message. If you want to talk, just press 1. Prioritize your communication, save everyone’s time, and reduce monthly service costs.
• Call Transfer– On an important call on your office phone, but need to head out? Press 2 and transfer it back to your cell phone – your caller will never know!

• Call routing lets you choose which phones ring when your Call Choice One Number is called. It includes the Find Me feature so you can be reached on your wireless, office, and/or home, in any order
• Call Preview lets you screen every One Number call – even on your wireless
• Call Transfer lets you send a call-in-progress to your other phones
• Custom Call Handling preferences: You can set up custom preferences by Caller ID, such as Find-me (if it isn’t already enabled for all calls) or Ignore Caller. For example, for your most important callers (“VIPs”), you can have those calls automatically forward to your home.
